- It's official! Sanofi (NASDAQ:SNY) has appointed Novartis (NYSE:NVS) exec Paul Hudson as chief executive to replace Olivier Brandicourt, who will retire in September.
- Hudson has been CEO of the Novartis Pharmaceuticals division since 2016 after holding positions at Schering Plough and AstraZeneca.
- Novartis named Marie-France Tschudin, currently president of unit Advanced Accelerator Applications, to replace Hudson.
