GET OUT, BITCH!!! ... (For all of you "non-Breaking Bad" watchers that's a shout out to Jesse Pinkman) .. I'm speaking to the politicians in Washington that think their jobs should be "Permanent". You need to GO HOME. The "Political Machine" is about ego and personal power and has to be blown up. The "shocking talking point" in Washington is that the NY Times has "admitted" that the "DEEP STATE" exists. Well, YEAH. OF COURSE it does. The Swamp consists of Elected officials (that spend their days raising money to retain their seats, keep their power, keep getting overpaid, keep getting great benefits and pensions, keep lying, etc, etc, etc. ) AND career Government Employees that ALL have political affiliations. We should REQUIRE that all Federal Employees list their party affiliation on their ID's. If you are registered Republican, "Jane Doe - R". This way when they testify in Congress we know what "Side" they are on. Do NOT give me "Impartial Servants under several administrations". We ALL have our leanings. It is in our DNA. If I am ever called to testify, "Raj Searing - Libertarian" and everyone will know, BEFORE we start, that I think the Federal Government is too big and my answers will be skewed toward, "Shut down the offices, fire everyone, and let the States take care of themselves"

Now, I am making the "BITCH" statement while I still can. The Swamp in Massachusetts is pushing a bill that will make it a CRIME to call someone a "Bitch". Of course, if it passes it will be shot down by the Supreme Court, eventually. But, not before many in Massachusetts have to deal with legal issues and pay lawyers because of tyrannical, egomaniacal politicians. What a waste of our air these people are...

Hong Kong has officially withdrawn the "Extradition Bill" that sparked the protests and led to months of riots. Now, what? Well, the protests haven't stopped. My prediction? When the media gets tired of the story and stops covering it on the front page China will step in, arrest all the protesters, and leave them in prison camps for a few years ... and.. a Tractor Trailer believed to be from Bulgaria was found outside of London with 39 dead bodies in the back. The 25 year old driver from Northern Ireland is under arrest but there are no other facts being released. Refugees that didn't make it? Serial Killer? We'll have to wait and see...

Back in the USA, a new book written by an "Anonymous Former Official" that craps on Trump and the White House is coming out. The "Insider and member of the Trump Resistance" claims his book, "A Warning" will offer an "Unprecedented" look at Trump. Well, uh.. Unprecedented? Primary Colors "unmasked" Bill Clinton's womanizing and dirty politics back in the 1990's. (That book was labeled "Fiction" to protect the Author from lawsuits). I think "Anonymous Accusers" are cowards and UnAmerican. You got a beef with Trump? Let's hear it!! HAVE AT IT!! Free Country, Free Speech. This whole, "Im gonna throw crap at someone but remain secret so that I don't suffer any scrutiny, myself" stuff is just wrong. ... and...

Down in the SWAMP: we have the story of a FORMER, FIRED, Ambassador testifying before the "Impeachment Inquisition" about "his recollection of Trump's intent" in Ukraine. Im no lawyer, but I KNOW that second and third hand accounts are meaningless under the law. The, "How do you know that?.. Because someone TOLD me it happened" thing is worthless.. But.. Watch the Loser Media try to spin this one on you.. There are headlines EVERYWHERE calling Bill Taylor, "US Diplomat", "TOP US DIPLOMAT IN UKRAINE" and all this kind of stuff to give his words MORE meaning. "You know, He's the TOP DIPLOMAT.. He is the BOSS". Well, NO.. He is an unemployed Trump hater. He was removed as Ambassador to the Ukraine in 2009. He is a career "Deep Stater". In 2011 he was "appointed" to something called the "Special Coordinator of Middle East Transitions" (Seriously, that Title ACTUALLY existed and YOUR tax dollars paid for it). After that he was appointed acting executive vice chairman of the US Institute of Peace (which "promotes conflict resolution worldwide". YUP . YOUR tax dollars pay for that, TOO). So, when the Ukrainian Ambassador was removed, and the acting Chargee d'affaires (Kristina Kvien) was removed Bill Taylor became de facto acting Chargee d'affaires which made him acting Diplomat and de facto acting Ambassador. Oh, and he left that position in September.. but.. you see..and will CONTINUE to see, the Loser Media call him "Ambassador" and "Top Diplomat". He is an unemployed Trump hater. He is a Swamp creature. ....and...

Dem Rep Katie Hill is going with the "No, I didn't.. That's my story and I am STICKING TO IT" defense. As reported here yesterday, Hill was "outed" by her estranged ex-husband for having sexual relationships with staffers. She is claiming that her ex-husband (and those Pesky Republican Operatives) are trying to smear her as part of a nasty divorce and that she will NOT be intimidated. (Oh, I get it. YOU are the Victim.. and we all KNOW its EVIL to BLAME the Victim). Well, Katie.. uhh.. what about the videos of naked with the staffer? ..and the sex-text messages and all that uncomfortable stuff called, "Evidence"???? ... NOPE.. Lie and Deny until the Press Cycle moves on.. AHHAAHAH.. Doesn't matter. She's from California.. She'll get re-elected.. They are NOT gonna replace her with a (Cough, Gag) smelly REPUBLICAN .. speaking of California.. San Francisco has "Blacklisted" 22 States because they have "restrictive abortion laws". Frisco will NOT DO BUSINESS or pay for any public officials trips to those states. First, the whole idea of taxpayers paying for politicians trips to other States or Countries is an abomination. It happens all the time and is stupid. Buy your OWN damn ticket .. I want to acknowledge Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts because I am going to steal one of the terms he has "coined" and pretend I made it up. Ricketts said, “Nebraska is a proudly pro-life state, and this demonstrates shocking intolerance by coastal elites that is divisive to our nation.”. "Coastal Elites" You mean, "Coastal Elitists", Pete...and Im gonna use that one.. A LOT ... and...

The PGA TOUR is in Chiba, Japan for the ZOZO Championship. They tee off at 8:00am (that is actually tonight at 7pm if you live in NY) and will be on Golf Channel starting at 11pm. ...

CELEBRIDIOTS: UH OH AUNT BECKY!!! The "rumor mill" was saying that Lori Loughlin was reconsidering her refusal to "take the plea bargain" when fellow actress Felicity Huffman only got two weeks in the slammer. Well, SORRY LORI. Not only is she NOT being re-offered a deal, she has been slapped with ANOTHER indictment: "Conspiracy to commit Federal Programs Bribery". Whenever FEDERAL is mentioned, it is WAY worse than normal. I don't care HOW innocent you are (or think you are), when the Bailiff shouts, "ALL RISE! The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA vs LORI LOUGHLIN. The Honorable Judge Searing Presiding" your stomach starts doing back flips. Think about that.. the WHOLE COUNTRY against YOU !!! ... and...

Former Boxer/now Promoter Oscar de la Hoya is facing a sexual assault and battery charge in LA. The charge is from a former girlfriend..sorry.. an ANONYMOUS former girlfriend. Oscar's lawyers claim he is a target because he has a successful business and the charges are completely without merit. The girlfriend claims Oscar wanted to do things she did not want to and he overpowered her. .. Do you all remember the Pictures from years ago in NY. When de la Hoya was wearing fishnet stockings, high heels and make-up? The hooker claimed he was in to all kinds of weird stuff? He denied it was him and said it was a doctored photo.. Years later he admitted it was him in the pictures and that he had drug and alcohol addictions and some strange fetishes? I think A) If you're his girlfriend you know he is into weird stuff. I am NOT victim blaming here, but you HAVE to know he likes to get his Freak On .. and B) It is pretty likely Oscar crossed a line and this girl is telling the truth. Waiting 2 years to file a claim isn't going to help her case. But, I believe you, Miss Anonymous... and...

Did you all follow the Chik-fil-A vs Popeye's Chicken Sandwich controversy/showdown. It was so successful for Popeye's that they RAN OUT of Chicken Sandwiches for like a month!! Well, OF COURSE someone decided to "Sexualize" the situation and make a "Popeye's Chick Sandwich Sexy Halloween Costume" HERE .. You think they'll sell out of those, too?!!?? .. Geez.. for $80 I think Ill just buy my girlfriend a tan swimsuit and throw a few Chicken Sandwiches at her!! ...Save like $50 !!!!

A slowdown warning from Texas Instruments (NASDAQ:TXN) and widened antitrust probe into Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) weighed on the tech sector overnight, though U.S. stock index futures are heading back to the starting line as the next wave of Q3 earnings roll in. Profits for the S&P 500 are expected to fall by 3.1% for the quarter, after growing by more than 3% in Q2, according to Refinitiv, but it may be like other quarters where results beat forecasts and overall earnings gain.

There's a lot of news swirling around Facebook (FB) as Mark Zuckerberg prepares to testify on cryptocurrency plans today before the House Financial Services Committee. Long-time Nike (NYSE:NKE) CEO Mark Parker will step down next year and be replaced by board member and former eBay (NASDAQ:EBAY) CEO John Donahoe, who will be tasked with bolstering the company's online strategy. Parker said that recent Nike scandals, including one involving track coach Alberto Salazar, had "absolutely nothing" to do with him leaving the top job and that succession plans have been months in the making. "This is not something that happens in a matter of weeks," he told CNBC. Go deeper: Discount Fountain remains optimistic on Nike.

Brexit is set to be delayed for a third time after U.K. lawmakers accepted the principles of Boris Johnson's deal but rejected his timetable for implementing it by Oct. 31. Reports in Britain now suggest that Downing Street will push for an election if Brexit is delayed until January - as indicated by European Council President Donald Tusk. Sterling slid below $1.2850 on the news, but with the final outcome still up in the air, the decline was contained overnight.

Malaysia has continuously demanded Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) pay an eye-popping $7.5B for its role in the 1MDB scandal, but privately, negotiators are considering settling for less than half of that, Bloomberg reports. Discussions are now centering on a $2B-$3B payment, with Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad keen to reach a deal with Goldman this year as the government grapples with a high debt burden. Simultaneously, Malaysian prosecutors are trying to turn up the pressure by pushing for the bank's criminal case to be heard at the country's High Court. Go deeper: Goldman is paying for lagging behind, writes John Mason.

Flaws in the design of Boeing's (BA) 737 MAX and lack of information on how to deal with MCAS malfunctions contributed to last year's crash of Lion Air Flight 610, which killed 189 people, according to Indonesian investigators. The findings could influence regulators worldwide as they assess the fate of the plane, which has been grounded globally since March 13, costing the company over $8B. Boeing shuffled the ranks of top management on Tuesday, replacing the head of its jetliner business as it struggles to shore up confidence in its handling of the 737 MAX crisis. Go deeper: Ahead of earnings, Philip Davis thinks most of Boeing's bad news is priced in.

In opening arguments at New York's climate change fraud trial, a lawyer for the state attorney general argued that Exxon Mobil (NYSE:XOM) used two sets of books to hide the true cost of climate change regulations from investors, while an attorney for XOM blasted the claims as politically motivated. The statements launched the long-awaited trial in a civil lawsuit filed by the New York AG's office last year accusing Exxon of defrauding investors out of $1.6B by causing them to overvalue its stock.
