Happy BIIRRTTHHHHDAYYYY to William.. Happy Birthday to youuuuuu...
William H. Gates III turns 64 today. The Billionaire Founder of Microsoft is proof that the loonies in Washington discussing a "wealth tax" are incompetent BOOBS. The Melinda and Bill Gates Foundation has done more for World Health than ANY GOVERNMENT in the HISTORY of the World? Why? Because they run the Foundation like a business and the US Government is the WORST waster of money that there is.. well.. other than the ex-Mrs Searing..
The Story of the weekend is the death of terrorist ISIS leader abu bakr al-baghdadi. Abu was killed during a raid by the US Delta force. Reports are that they chased him in tunnels until he reached a dead end where he detonated a suicide vest killing himself and his three children. President Trump watched via a soldiers body cam and stated that Abu was dead and that, "he died like a dog, he died like a coward. The world is a much safer place now". ..
Of course the LOSER Media could not even write THIS story in a non-partisan way. (that might force them to say the President did a GOOD thing). The "Death notices" on places like Bloomberg News, CNN and the Washington Post are SHAMEFUL. They called Abu Bakr the "Austere religious scholar at the helm if ISIS" and things like "teacher" and "shy scholar". JEEEZZ, you idiots!! The guy ran a TERRORIST ORGANIZATION!!!!! It would be funny if it wasn't so disgusting. Of course, social media is having a party making fun of these hacks. There is a twitter hashtag #WapoDeathnotices with jokes about how the Post would have written their Obits. My two favorites: "Adolph Hitler, artist, animal rights activist, noted orator, dies at 56" ..and .. "John Wilkes Booth, noted Thespian, American Actor from prominent theatrical family dies at 25" .. AHHAAHAHHA... Look you LOSER media types. I know you hate Trump and want him gone.. but. Geez.. this guy was the head of the ISIS Terrorists. Killer of woman and babies.. Get a freaking CLUE!!!!
Japan was hit with a monsoon and got a month of rain in half a day causing massive flooding and mudslides. 10 are dead and several are still missing... and while we are on the "weather" .. out in California there are now 3 million people without power and over 200,000 evacuated due to wildfires and high winds. Is this the "new normal". Is California going to be in a constant, "State of Emergency"??
In Germany, Chancellor Angela Merkel's party has lost more seats in regional elections. Merkel has conceded that they misjudged the "Immigration issue" saying she didn't realize the immigrants had no interest in assimilating themselves into German society. The voters are making her party pay for that as "Further Right" candidates are winning... and...
Down in the Swamp: The Impeachment Inquisition continues behind closed doors. The "prognosticators" think the Democrats will probably make the proceedings public in about two weeks if they think they have "enough to impeach". America remains divided on the issue.. and..
Rep Katie Hill has resigned amid her sex and drugs scandal. She was seen as a rising young star of the Democratic party an was Vice-Chair of the Oversight Committee. Her district is a swing district (no pun intended there.. ok.. FINE.. I TOTALLY intended that.. ).. and Dems are afraid her scandal will swing that seat to the Republicans. She vowed not to resign last week. How bad do you think the "next round" of photos were?? ...
Popeye's Chicken says they have "sourced high quality ingredients and will be ready to sell chicken sandwiches next month". If you'll recall, their new sandwich got into a contest with Chik-fil-A that "went viral on social media" and was TOO successful. Popeye's expected to sell 60 sandwiches a day per store and some were selling 1,000/day. So, Lets Vote: What happens first? Boeing announces the 737Max will fly again (not START flying. That will take a month after the announcement) or Popeye's Chicken sammmiches are available in stores?? YOU make the Call...
SPORTS: The World Series goes to the AWAY team, AGAIN. The Astros win 7-1 taking a 3-2 series lead. Game 6 is in Houston on Tuesday with Verlander facing Strasburg. This is the third time in World Series history that the "Away" team won each of the first 5 games. (No, I don't know what happened the other two times. Look SOMETHING up yourself!! Geez, do I have to do EVERYTHING???) .. Other World Series stories: Nationals pitcher Max Scherzer says he wants to pitch Game 7. The only problem with that is that he cannot lift his arm or move his neck. The Nats say it is NOT related to his prior back problems but seems to be a pinched nerve issue in his neck/upper back. (Been there dude..actually..im there NOW. It STINKS.. Much easier to Rant than Pitch, though) .. and.. ..
Over in Japan, the ZOZO Championship Finished Monday due to rain and TIGER WOODS WINS. This is his 82nd win and ties him with Sam Snead with most ever. With Brooks Koepka injured this makes things VERY interesting for the Presidents Cup. Will Tiger be Player/Captain??... and..
NCAA Football.. #5 Oklahoma Football fans are complaining about a late call that they say, "Cost them the game" against unranked Kansas State 48-41. I hear ya that bad calls stink. but.. how about NOT giving up 48 points? ..That might help a little...
CELEBRIDIOTS: It didn't work.. but .. Ill give a shout out to the two Washington Nationals girls that tried to distract Houston Pitcher Gerrit Cole. They stood in the second row behind the plate and flashed their boobs on LIVE TV right when Cole was about to pitch. HERE .. Nice Try Girls !!! .. and ...

The financial markets have priced in a 50 basis-point rate cut by the Federal Reserve at this week's FOMC meeting, possibly the third in the last three meetings. Opinions vary on the effectiveness of the cuts since rates are already low, so lowering them further may not have the desired effect and would take away some of its powder for future interventions.
Brexit deadline extended to 31 January
The EU has agreed to extend the Brexit deadline until 31 January 2020, reports the BBC. EU Council President Donald Tusk tweeted that the bloc is allowing for a "flextension" - which means that the U.K. can leave before the deadline if a deal is approved by Parliament.
Strike to trim $3B from GM bottom line
Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) believes that the just-settled 40-day strike will cost GM more than $3B in profits, most of which will show up this quarter. Production at 30 plants will ramp back up as soon as possible in order to recoup the lost production of 300K cars and allow workers to earn back (via overtime) lost wages. Now that the film is the #1 R-rated movie of all time with a $788M gross and counting, it wishes that it could roll back the clock on the decision.

U.S. economic growth continues despite manufacturing woes
Weakness in the manufacturing sector, from a weary global economy and the U.S./China trade war, may not be much to worry about, at least in the near term, reports the Wall Street Journal. Domestic unemployment is a minuscule 3.5%, retail sales were up 4% last month, and the economy is projected to have grown ~1.3% last quarter according to a forecasting firm. Manufacturing represents ~11% of domestic output, down from ~16% 20 years ago.

China wooing foreign companies as trade war weighs on growth
Senior Chinese government figures are dialing up the charm in an effort to attract U.S. and other foreign companies to invest there. The ongoing tit-for-tat trade war with the Trump administration has created enough headwinds to concern Chinese leaders that, without foreign investment, they may fall short of President Xi's goal of doubling the economy in the decade from 2010 to 2020. Hence, the charm offensive.
