Boy.. I hope we do .. I may have complained about it before.. but.. I'm up early .. So.. From mid-November thru Mid March .. I get up in the dark, go to work in the dark .. and go home in the dark. I love the holidays.. but.. come mid-January .. it gets REALLLY old living like I am in a cave.

Roxbury, Mass: Walgreens is closing their store in Roxbury (South of Boston). Ultra left wing wokester Rep Pressley took to the floor to freak out .. and call "RACISM" .. Now, of course it's likely due to theft, other crime, and safety .. But.. Nevermind THAT.. because.. you know.. RACISM !!!

The "ANSWER" of course is SIMPLE. Change your stupid statutes where the criminals are the victims. Protect the good, hardworking people of your communities by putting the BAD GUYS in PRISON.. Safe streets, local businesses aren't robbed and ransacked, their employees aren't beaten or held at gunpoint... Then the community thrives ...

Simply, Inflation is the rate of increase in the price of something. Deflation is when prices fall .. and Disinflation is when the rate of inflation slows down.
Headlines, reporters, and DEFINITELY politicians GET IT WRONG .. ALL THE TIME .. and the thing is.. for the average American.. the words are meaningless ..
Let's go to ECON 101 class for 30 seconds ...
Eggs cost $3 a dozen ... They go to $6 a dozen (Inflation) then $7 a dozen (disinflation) and the $5 a dozen (deflation) .. When Biden says prices are "down" .. That's what he means.. "It was $7 and now its $5" .. or
Gas is $2.00 a Gallon .. goes to $5 .. then to $3 .. and he says that's DOWN .. but..
Ya see .. To the average American .. Gas was $2 .. and it's off its highs.. but now its $3 .. That is a 50% increase ..
Eggs were $3 and are off the highs but average around $5 (It varies widely by state .. Hawaii they are $9 .. Indiana as low as $4.33 .. and By the way.. The US Govt numbers are WAYYYY offf.. The BLS says the average is $2.51 .. Instacart (which is ACTUAL PRICES) says its more like $5.25 ..HERE...))
So.. Even though its "off the highs" ..$3 to $5 is a 67% increase ..
50% increase in gas .. 67% increase in eggs .. and average income rising 2.5 to 3% a year (depending on which stats you use) .. THAT is what MATTERS TO PEOPLE ..
People don't care about The INFLATION RATE from last quarter ..They care about their household bank account.. and their credit card bill... They are spending WAY MORE of their monthly income on food and gas and other "stuff" than they were 3 years ago.
THAT'S WHAT MATTERS...
