IT's ON !!!! September 20 is HERE... The Area 51 Raid Day !!! If you have not been following the Area 51 thing.. it goes like this. Area 51 is a secret US Air Force base in the desert 120 miles from Las Vegas. Many are convinced that there is evidence of Aliens there and the US Government has been keeping them/it there since the 1950's. About six months ago a college kid jokingly put on Facebook events, "On September 20, 2019 we are gonna storm Area 51. If there is enough of us, they can't stop us". The post went viral and over 2 million people clicked "GOING". The original poster told the US Government it was a joke and he had no intention of organizing anything. The US Air Force said, "We will defend US Air Force bases by any means necessary". So, it's off, right? WRONG. The small towns near area 51 have set up for parties and it looks like it might be an ad hoc "Music Festival". Arby's sent food trucks. Bud Lite made a hundred, "Limited Edition" leather bomber jackets. So, SOMETHING is "ON".. but it looks more like "thousands" than "millions" might show up..and I STRONGLY advise going to the party in the next town rather than "storming an Air Force base". I would like my readers to remain alive and out of military prisons..

In Da News: Canadian PM Trudeau has spent the last two days apologizing in two languages about the "putting on brown face" and acting like Aladdin. A second photo emerged and Trudeau said "he dressed that way twice for Halloween parties" then a THIRD photo emerged and Trudeau said, "I don't know how many more might come out". (Ill bet the campaign manager for your opponent knows!!). I say, "Pivot". Go with, "It's a costume. Im sorry if it offended anyone but its a COSTUME. People have dressed in costume for CENTURIES. People have worn brown face in Shakespeare plays since the 1500's. I apologize if I offended anyone. I won't do that again. But, there are more important issues facing Canada". The press will try to not let it go away. Trudeau has to stop answering questions about it.. they will nag.. but if he refuses to take the bait ..it will fade...and let me ask you .. Have you seen a group of Middle Easterners freaking out? NOPE. It's the Alt-Left Losers. White people who like to act all offended for OTHER people.. MOVE ON....

In the USA, Texas is starting to dry out after Tropical Storm Imelda dropped 3 feet of water in 2 days.. There are 2 dead and many still stranded. But, it looks like the waters are starting to recede. ..and.. you might want to cancel that weekend trip to Cabo. Tropical Storm Lorena is headed straight at it. Locals are taking boats out of the water and leaving town... and.. the FED intervened in the overnight REPO market for the third time and expects to do it a fourth time. (This is short term liquidity move for Banks that need reserves overnight. The Fed takes bonds or notes from the Banks overnight so that the banks have enough reserves or "money" to meet customer needs). There are many speculations as to why the market got so tight that the NY Fed had to jump in.. but no one knows for sure...

In Da Swamp: Mark Zuckerburg was in Washington yesterday and the tone was VERY different. Zuckerburg met with a group of Senators and he has a REAL problem. The problem is that Senators from BOTH sides are mad at him. Information leaks, Privacy Issues, Censoring Content. It was made clear it was NOT partisan and Zuckerburg struck a more "conciliatory posture". He spoke of the "Clear Bias" and admitted they relied on "Activist Fact Checkers". OK. Fine. You admitted what everyone already knew. NOW WHAT ??!?! ... and.. The "TRUMP TAX RETURN" Circus continues with the Alt-Left losing again. A Federal Judge ruled that California cannot keep Trump off the ballot for refusing to release taxes and a lawsuit in NY stopped the Activist NY Attorney General from getting the returns, too. Prediction: If Trump is re-elected he uses the taxes as a barter tool to get something from Pelosi or Schumer. Border Wall Funding or Trump-Care Healthcare and Ill give you the returns. Then, we all see what Raj told you three years ago. Trump uses tax loss carry forwards from bad real estate deals in the 1990's and early 2000's to write off against gains and pays little or no taxes. Also, he lists his properties at market values and not "Trump Values" so.. he is worth $3-$4Billion and not $10 Billion like he claimed. Big Woop..

There is much being made about the Delta Flight that "Dropped 30,000 feet in seconds" and some video of people freaking out. You want the REAL story? There was a loss of cabin pressure. So, the pilots deployed the air masks, went into rapid descent procedure, and landed the plane. The actual rapid descent was 15,000 feet not 30,000. The "Seconds" was actually 90 seconds.. and then they leveled off at lower altitude and landed safely. So, YES, I am sure it was scary. But, the story is great pilots did a great job and everyone is safe .. and...

The "Showdown Case" seems to be getting closer. Massachusetts Judge Shelly Richmond was charged with Federal Obstruction of Justice when she helped sneak a Dominican criminal out the back door of her courthouse because she knew an ICE official was waiting in the lobby to deport the man on other charges. She rejected a plea bargain. Some of her retired judge friends wrote an amicus brief taking her side. ( I read it.. its ridiculous). Look. She belongs in jail. Judges have WIDE latitude. They can be as liberal as they want. They can give crooks deals, minimum sentences, etc. They can be personally against our Immigration policies. But, they CANNOT directly aid and abet felons that Federal Officers are trying to arrest. She needs to go to jail. The Sanctuary City Mayors need to be jailed. This crap has to END...

SPORTS: The "BIG" sports story today is from across the Pond in England. The owner of the Sheffield United Football team said that "The bin Laden Family is not a disgraced name. They are a very respectable Family".. He said, "Every family may have one bad person". Uhh... Well.. uhhh.. I have NO IDEA if he is right. I know a few of Osama bin Laden's sons have been killed in raids because they were terrorists. But, I don't know anything about the rest of them. I DO know that if I were Saudi Prince Abdullah bin Mosaad and owned a sports franchise that I would NOT go around saying that crap... ..and .. NFL: We had Thursday Night Football. The Jags beat the Titans 20-7. The Jags lost QB Nick Foles in the first game to an injury after signing him to a big contract. The Jags are now 1-2 but you can't blame back-up QB Gardner Minshew. He has 5 TD's and 1 Int. and a QB Rating of 110. On the OTHER Side.. Titans fans need to figure out what to do with THEIR QB. Marcus Mariotta is in the last year of his contract and is NOT getting it done. He is 1-2 and only beat the BROWNS... and.. GOLF: Danny Willett now leads the BMW in England ..and.. the PGA Tour event was stopped due to weather yesterday. It resumes today with Tom Hoge in the lead by 1...

CELEBRIDIOTS: Let's hear it for KODI LEE !!! Kodi is blind, autistic, a singer, and now an AMERICA'S GOT TALENT WINNER!!! .. You might not want to click this if you're in public... HERE.. (Im not crying.. YOU'RE crying..) ..and for you readers that like to be "Up on Fashion Trends" and "Look Hip" I have a warning: The Latest Trend going around.. The "BOWL CUT" .. Avoid it.. You're gonna regret it .. When you look at pictures in 10 years you'll be more embarrassed than the people in Leisure Suits and Felt Fedoras. Just because some Hollywood model does it does NOT make it cool. It looks AWFUL .. .and .. Actress Demi Moore appears with Ed Helm in the movie "Corporate Animals" and it has been labeled, "The Worst Movie Ever Made". Wow. I find it hard to believe she could top G.I. Jane in Movie Worstness.. ..anyways.. she HAS to promote it so she is doing some shows.. so she is ALSO promoting her book!! Her book where she says she REALLY regrets having threesomes with Ashton Kutchar when they were together because it led to the end of their marriage. She said she found out on Google that while she was away he was sleeping with a 21 year old girl he met at the bowling ally. When Demi confronted him he said, "but we have had other girls involved.. we crossed that bridge.. I figured it was OK".. NICE TRY ASHTON!!! (Ahh.. Mila is better anyways.. ) .. and... sorry Demi.. I didn't mean to make you feel bad. Look, I'll show everyone how hot you were. HERE .. Does that help?

The short-term funding market has apparently not yet recovered from the hysteria seen at the start of the week, which saw repo rates skyrocket to 10%. The New York Fed will conduct another $75B repurchase operation this morning, its fourth in as many days, to help maintain the federal funds rate within the target range of 1.75%-2.00%. While the cause of the interest rate spike remains a mystery, most are suggesting that the Fed's earlier balance sheet reduction left the market with too few dollars relative to Treasuries held by financial institutions.

The U.S. is temporarily exempting more than 400 types of Chinese products - like Christmas lights, plastic straws and printed circuit boards - from tariffs, according to documents set to be published today by the U.S. Trade Representative. The exemptions stem from more than 1,100 exclusion requests made by American companies and other entities, with the move keeping U.S. stock futures in the green, but not by much (up 0.2%). More economic stimulus? China overnight cut its new one-year benchmark lending rate for the second month in a row, taking a more accommodative stance due to the Sino-U.S. trade war.

It's quadruple witching day, which refers to the simultaneous expiration of market index futures, stock futures, market index options and stock options. The event can lead to higher volatility and more trading volume, giving speculators an opportunity for quick arbitrage opportunities. It also happens four times during the year - on the third Friday of March, June, September and December - and has been historically positive for the markets.

Officials from the United Auto Workers union are saying talks with General Motors (NYSE:GM) aimed at ending a four-day nationwide strike are likely to extend into the weekend. The walkout of 48,000 UAW members has rippled through GM's supply chain, triggering temporary layoffs at its assembly plant in Oshawa, Ontario, as well as the carmaker shifting healthcare insurance costs to the UAW. GM shares are off 0.3% premarket to $37.68/share on the news, extending the stock's decline since the strike action began last week to around 3%.

Lines are forming outside major Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) stores across the globe as shoppers line up to score the newest models of the iPhone 11. Analysts are betting the new smartphone will be a key sales driver for the tech giant heading into the holiday season, with JPMorgan expecting iPhone 11 shipments to reach 184M units in 2019 and 195M units in 2020. Others focused in on the device's aggressive pricing in U.S. dollars, which was discounted to previous rollouts, and the impact it would have on Apple's overall profit margins. Another person has died from a vaping-related lung disease, bringing the nationwide death toll to eight. The Missouri man's lungs were unable to provide enough gas exchange, leading to heart failure and near cardiac arrest (he later died from acute respiratory distress syndrome). Vaping-related illnesses have so far sickened 530 people, according to the CDC, with more than half of those patients under the age of 25. Go deeper: 'Altria Is In Deep Trouble' by Stefan Redlich.

President Trump and Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison are set to release a plan today aimed at securing the supply of rare earth minerals amid growing concerns that China could cut off shipments of the treasured commodities. Rare earths are a group of 17 chemical elements used in everything from high-tech consumer electronics to military equipment. Australia contains only 2.8% of the world's rare earth reserves but accounts for more than half of the new projects in the global pipeline.

Ahead of today's big global climate strike that is urging an "end to the age of fossil fuels," Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) placed an order for 100K electric delivery vehicles from Rivian. Prototypes of the new vans are expected to take to the road next year, with the entire order being deployed within five years. Current goals? Amazon plans to convert its delivery fleet to 100% renewable energy by 2030 and already runs 40% of its fleet on renewable energy. Go deeper: Overview of Amazon financials.

Walgreens (NASDAQ:WBA) and FedEx (NYSE:FDX) are partnering with Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Wing drone business in a new test delivery program. It will see food and beverages, over-the-counter medications and other household items be eligible to be delivered by drones in Christiansburg, Virginia this October. The city was selected as the test market, as Wing has been working closely with nearby Virginia Tech in Blacksburg to explore drone delivery as part of a DOT test program.
